  STOPMajdyWardah.com has been created as a service to the Muslim Ummah (nation) to warn against the fitnah (trials and tests) of Majdy Wardah (مجدي وردة).   This site was not created to discredit or challenge Majdy Wardah's Islaamic knowledge.  It is here to warn the Muslims of Majdy Wardah with respect to money and his character.  In total, Majdy Mohsin Wardah (مجدي محسن وردة) has taken hundreds of thousands of dollars from Muslims on four continents.  Some may think that Majdy Wardah is just reckless or irresponsible with his finances.  However, his falsified credentials concerning World Muslim Congress and his doctorate (Ph.D.) show a clear history and track record of deception.

  Before even creating this website, the brothers tried for months to advise Majdy Wardah to stop what he was doing and repent.  However, Majdy Wardah refused and insisted on continuing his old ways.  Days before publicizing the website, Majdy Wardah was informed about the site, and he even visited this site on six occasions to read what was written.  The brothers gave Majdy Wardah one final chance to stop and repent, or we would be forced to warn the Muslims about his actions.  Till this day, Majdy Wardah continues to refuse to do what is right and follow our Messenger.  If Majdy Wardah is willing to repent, then know by Allaah that the brothers will remove this site and try to help him draw nearer to Allaah.

  Allaah said:

  ولتكن منكم أمة يدعون إلى الخير ويأمرون بالمعروف وينهون عن المنكر وأولئك هم المفلحون

  "Let there arise out of you a group inviting to all that is good, enjoining al-Maroof (all that which Islaam orders) and forbidding al-Munkar (all that which Islaam forbids)"
  Surah aal-Imraan 3:104

  The Prophet said:

  قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: ( مَنْ رَأَى مِنْكُمْ مُنْكَرًا فَلْيُغَيِّرْهُ بِيَدِهِ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ فَبِلِسَانِهِ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ فَبِقَلْبِهِ وَذَلِكَ أَضْعَفُ الْإِيمَانِ ) رواه مسلم (70) من حديث أبي سعيد

  "Whoever among you sees an evil action, then let him change it with his hand; if he cannot, then with his tongue [by speaking out]; and if he cannot, then with his heart, and this is the weakest of faith."
  Reported by Muslim in his Saheeh (hadeeth no. 70) from Abu Sa'eed.

  Know, by Allaah, that it pains us to have to post this site.  However, we have lost tens of thousands of dollars to Majdy Wardah and want no one else to suffer the same experience.  Allaah warns the Muslims about the dangers of backbiting and the severe punishment associated with it.  Whenever Majdy Wardah first enters a community (and he has done on many occasions), the first topic he will speak about is gheebah (backbiting).  This is done to scare the people into not discussing him.  Know though, that the Messenger said:

   قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : ‏لَيُّ الْوَاجِدِ‏ يُحِلُّ عِرْضَهُ وَعُقُوبَتَهُ
  

   "A person who has the ability to pay [i.e. debts] but stays away from doing so,
  his honor is at stake, and he deserves punishment."
  Reported by Abi Daawood (hadeeth no. 3628), and al-Albaanee
  says with a hasan (good) chain of narration.

  We tried on numerous occasions to get Majdy Wardah to stop taking money from people and not paying them back, while at the same time spending lavishly on himself.  However, Majdy Wardah insists on harming the Muslims to enrich himself and destroying Muslim families and communities all over the world.  While we pray Majdy Wardah stops in the future, we realistically realize that this event is unlikely given Wardah has been doing this for nearly two decades. If Majdy Wardah were to stop, we would take down this website and encourage him on the truth.  In the meantime, as the hadeeth of the Prophet explains, we are obligated to take action and speak out to prevent further actions by Majdy Wardah. 

  Allaah said:

  يا أيها الذين آمنوا إن جاءكم فاسق بنبأ فتبينوا أن تصيبوا قوما بجهالة فتصبحوا على ما فعلتم نادمين

  "O you who believe! If a faasiq (liar - evil person) comes to you with any news, verify it, lest you should harm people in ignorance and afterwards you become regretful for what you have done."
  Surah al-Hujuraat 49:6

  Allaah commands those that hear news about someone to verify it.  If you are a supporter of Majdy Wardah  (مجدي  وردة) and find the individuals that created this website to be fusaaq (plural of faasiq - liars and evil doers), Allaah still orders you to verify the news we bring by looking into it.  Similarly, if you dislike Majdy Wardah and already have a negative opinion about him, you must still verify our claims by looking at the documents posted on this website because relying just on speculation is insufficient.  Know, by Allaah, that only the worst of the worst is posted on this site.  We would not post anything anyone told us unless it was verifiable by documents. 

  The documents on this site prove what we say is the truth,  Many are from the police, courts, and other third parties that have no reason to lie.  What is more, many documents were written and signed by Majdy Wardah (مجدي  وردة) himself.  For the heart that is searching for and is open to the truth, the documents and the testimonials on this website are sufficient.

  May Allaah guide Majdy Wardah or stop his fitnah, and may Allaah protect the Muslims from those like him, ameen.
